We want you to be completely satisfied with your Twinings tea experience; if you are unhappy with your order, we offer returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or tea products that have been opened or consumed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened tea tins or boxes in their original shipping packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
